Description¡G
CH-W
obtains a weld metal which contains large quantity of
dispersed tungsten carbide and withstands heavy soil
impact-free abrasion. Machining as-welded condition is
impossible.
Application :
Hard
surfacing of shovel teeth, cutter knives of dredger and
speed mullers, etc.
Instructions
for welding :
-
Preheating over 300¢J is required and postheating
after welding is desirable about 600¢J.
-
Build-up in lattice shape or string in general.
-
Dry
the electrodes at 80 ~ 120¢J for 30 ~ 60 minutes
before use.
